To the best of Ventura Team knowledge the information displayed within the website is accurate, up to date and complete. User generated comment i.e. reviews etc are the opinions of those users and in do not represent the values, opinions and views of Ventura.
Reasonable precautions have been carried out to ensure that prices shown are correct and that all products have been fairly described. When ordering products please note that:
Orders will only be accepted if they are without error in the description or their prices. Prices are displayed in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT as applicable at its current rate. Capacities, weights and dimensions are only approximate. Actual colours shown depend on your screen’s display/resolution and we cannot guarantee this will accurately reflect colour of product on delivery. Packaging may vary. All items are subject to availability.
All products supplied to you will be of satisfactory quality. With products that are supplied to you, it is imperative that you follow any advice given to keep products safe. We cannot accept liability for damage to products we have supplied which is caused by failure on your behalf to follow this advice.
Ventura will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We may keep your details in order to keep you up-to-date on new products, services and promotions.
Ventura will not be liable to any person for any damage/loss which may arise where users do not maintain the confidentiality of their account/password.
Acceptance of your order
Completion of the online checkout process does not constitute Ventura’s acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s). We will notify you by email ASAP to confirm we have received your order. All products ordered online will remain the property of Ventura until payment has been received in full for said products. During checkout process, payment details will be collected and we will only use your information for its intended purpose. If we are not able to supply the product ordered, your order will not be processed and you will be informed by email. Where items have been paid for and a suitable alternative is not accepted a refund will be made as soon as practically possible.
Once your order has been accepted, shortly before dispatch we will take payment subject to authorization by the card issuer. For goods that have been received but not paid for you must pay for the goods or return the products in a reasonable amount of time and they must be in the same condition as supplied to you. Ventura reserves the right to make a charge for any and all damage to any products that are subject to an unpaid order.
Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service selected and the delivery address. Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbor, or returned to depot. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Ventura will be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery. Ventura reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. Ventura products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Recipients may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Payment for purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International banks or credit card providers will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – e.g. higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will make every effort to keep you informed.
Discrepancies/Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items
Upon receipt of orders, should there be any discrepancies, you must notify Ventura without delay and as soon as practically possible in person, by telephone, email or post. Goods must be returned as soon as possible and accompanied by a returns form.
Cancellation of Orders
Legal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations available for UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products and services (e.g. bindings mounted to skis, ski boot molding, items specifically ordered in at your behest)
Other cancelled products: you must inform us of this within seven days following the date of receipt in accordance with DSR. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and return them in an unused condition. Products should be returned in their original packaging (see returns for fuller details).
Returned products damaged in transit: If you choose to return any products to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery and/or insured service. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods returned to us.
